What are your hours of operation?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00am to
6:00pm. By appointment only for bookings outside our usual operating
hours.

How do I book an appointment?
You can either email us your preferred date and time
via out Contact
page or call us at 416.924.2557. If we are not able to answer your
call please leave a detailed message with your contact information,
the service you are interested in and the preferred date and time
for your appointment. We will respond promptly to confirm your
appointment.

Where exactly are you located? Is
parking available?
We are located in the heart of downtown Toronto at 40 Wellesley Street East,
3rd floor Suite
301. On the North side of Wellesley
St., just steps East of the Wellesley Subway Station. Public
parking is available at various locations close to Wellesley Subway
Station.

How much notice do
you require if I need to re-schedule or cancel my appointment?
We would appreciate 24 hours cancellation notice on
individual services.

What happens if I am
late for my appointment?
Please understand that if you are late for your
appointment, it may be necessary to shorten or re-schedule your
service time so as not to delay service for the next client.

What do I wear
for my massage?
Your aesthetician will leave you in privacy in the
massage room for a few moments to disrobe completely, lie down on
the massage table, and cover yourself with a sheet. The sheet will
discreetly cover you throughout your massage. For your comfort,
disposable underwear is available to be worn during your massage.

Are my massage
services covered by the Provincial Health Plan?
Relaxation massages are not covered by the
Provincial Health Plan or group insurance plans. Consult your
insurance plan outline for more details.

I’ll be visiting the studio with a friend. Can
we sit together for our manicure and pedicure?
The studio experience is meant to be personalized,
with treatments tailored to your own needs and provided in a
soothing, relaxed setting. For this reason we service one client at
a time.

How long should my hair be for waxing to be
effective?
For best results, hair should be 1/8 to 1/4 inches
long, depending on the thickness of the hair.

How do you ensure the sterilization of
equipment?
We take your health and safety very seriously. For
electrolysis services we use disposable (one time use) needles. All
metal implements are sanitized after each use in an approved
sterilizer. Prior to your treatment, all surfaces are disinfected
with a safe anti-bacterial solution.

Are gift certificates available for purchase?
Gift certificates are available and can
be purchased either in person or by phone.
